What Thomas Edison expected job candidates to know !

Thomas A. Edison Questions to College graduates, who walk in seeking job of executive in his plant. The Victims of these Questions had an opinion that only a Walking Encyclopedia Man could survive such kind of test, and the test is intended to measure the memorizing capabilities of the candidates and is not to check the real knowledge or reasoning power.
Check out what kind of questions were these, Edison used to think these question as Silly ones and could be answered by any sufficiently suitable candidate.
Some of those Questions were like…”Who wrote ‘Home Sweet Home’ ?“, “Who was Cleopatra? “, “Name 3 Powerful Poisons? ” etc. etc.
